I have been working in the world of birth, postpartum, and lactation support for the last four years. I have an immense passion for supporting birthing parents with all of the joys, struggles, and intensity that come along with welcoming a new baby into this world. I feel incredibly honored to get to spend prenatal appointments talking, laughing, holding space for, and empowering my clients with education and support. I truly love what I do and that shows from the initial consult to our very last in-home postpartum visit.

As both as IBCLC and Birth Doula, I am able to offer a true wrap around care model to leave you feeling supported and empowered every step of the way. I provide (1) one on one prenatal support and education, (2) deeply individualized continuous labor & birth support, and (3) professional Lactation Consultation from the first latch and beyond.

I am also mother to two young kiddos of my own, Matteo (6) and Diego (2) so I truly GET IT!

I bring education, empowerment, and joy into birth support AND provide comprehensive lactation care postpartum. Just a few minutes after birth, your feeding journey will begin. With me as your doula you will have a IBCLC on your team for prenatal breastfeeding education, from the first latch with your baby, and through in-home postpartum lactation care.

02. Trusted & personalized birth support

On the day of labor and delivery I am someone that will be beside you every step of the way— I am trusted, capable hands that believe in your ability to birth. I help create a safe and supported safe for your labor to unfold. Through touch, affirmation, movement, nourishment, and as part of a cohesive birth team I support you at home, through intensifying sensation, waves of change, and as you naviagte the hospital system for the first time.

03. Approachable, practical, & joyful care that makes a real impact

I am easy to talk to and as a mother of two young children I GET IT! My advice is always practical and my approach always incorporates warmth and joy.
