Continuous Birth Support upon labor & delivery

I provide deeply personalized, professional, continuous birth doula support upon labor and delivery. Whenever, however, and wherever labor begins when you are ready for my support I join you and support you through the birth of your baby and generally 1-2 hrs postpartum. I offer comfort measures, evidence based information, massage, advocacy, education, partner support, and presence as your journey unfolds. After birth, I also specifically help with your first breastfeeding and latch during your golden hour.

Please note: Although I am enthusiastic about Kaiser's new doula coverage program, it remains in its developmental stage, and while I am waiting for clearer communication regarding its process and requirements I am not currently participating in or accepting birth contracts through this program. If you are birthing at a Kaiser facility my care would remain out of pocket at this time.
